I had to get wisdom teeth surgery done urgently. When I asked him to send the primary doctor referral, he said he has to see me even though I already have dentist referral and that was for surgery consultation. I begged him to send one since I couldn’t get an appointment before I go to surgery consultation. He was yelling at me and hung up on me. Surgeon office couldn’t understand why he didn’t just send the referral to them directly. They appealed but his answer was the same. Surgeon office found the way that they can claim my case to Insurance company without referral, but they had to have one before my surgery. I hated to see Dr.Kim, but I had to. When I met him, I told him to “see me”, but he goes, “I don’t have to see me”. He had the same case with me but the other person had to get physical hostroy with referral. I told him several times that I need only referral. He goes, then he didn’t need to see me!! Are you kidding me!!!??? Moreover, while he was typed in the referral, asked… me what is called “???” in English. I taught him that it is wisdom teeth... he said Ah... what the heck! I have never seen this disrespectful and irresponsible and non- knowledgeable doctor in my life! He should have retired by now. We need a doctor who can take care of well with warm heart When patient is suffering, not yelling at patient and doesn’t care of their suffer!
