Dr. Jaime N. Zambrotta, MD

After an office visit left some unresolved questions it took multiple calls to the practice manager to receive a follow-up from this provider. She immediately took an annoyed and even accusatory tone and abruptly hung up the phone, leaving my concerns unaddressed and me dismayed and confused. I've never had this kind of adversarial interaction with a physician but was further shocked to see the opinionated and rambling note she left in my chart (characterizing me as "angry"? I'm just trying to advocate for my own health and SHE raised her voice at ME?) If you're looking for a respectful provider who takes your medical concerns seriously I would look elsewhere.

Dr. Zambrotta was very condescending both times I met with her. She has no idea what it is to be a patient. When I disagreed with her outlandish treatment for Rheumatoid Arthritis. A very large ego & poor Doctor..
