Dr. Irina Lelchuk, MD

I made an appointment and went on Dec 5 with a horrible coughing , very sick with a suspicious of pneumonia. Her elderly helper Marina had trouble to put my new insurance in the system ( or maybe she did not know how ) so she insisted on paying , as did the doctor. I called myself the insurance ( even though had trouble to talk with coughing ) and provide them with the correct data, but they did not do much effort ( or they did not know how ) to put this in the system, nor they were willing to talk to the insurance agent as they decided quickly I had to pay. No one was trying to find the solution, no one was even trying to be helpful. Finally she said blithely they did not accept my new insurance ( which is the same name, just upgraded for a better one ) .For more than 30 minutes there , with my obvious illness, no one cared or asked a single question how I was feeling, no one was sympathetic ( looking rather hostile ) . The staff there was never nice , never greeting you with a… smile, never apologetic ( when the visit was late ) , definitely not suitable for working with( often sick ) people , but I was mainly there several times for Vitamin B complex shoots ( $25 per shot as was told was not covered by insurance ? ) and the nurse was very nice. Just reception helpers ( I doubt they are professionals ) lack the manners . That attitude was the last straw ! If you are weak and sick you do not want to be around such people.

I've been going to this doctor for five years and she is great. However, the work of her new receptionists became horrible. I had an appointment for 1:30 pm today, knowing about long wait I came one hour earlier in a hope to be seen by the time of my scheduled appointment. Not only I waited for hour and a half only to ask for my co-pay back after girl with blue hair let another patient who came in after me to go first, but manager Marina instead of apologizing in very rude manner told me to look for another doctor. I would let it slide, but not after that rude comment, after I was waiting for hour and a half and because I had to go back to work, I had to leave. I am having bad cough and needed doctor's help; however, I could not see the doctor after very long wait and had to deal with this nastiness.

Great experience, very knowledgeable doctor. She is practicing alternative medicine. Has individual approach to each patient.

My experience with Dr. Lelchuk and her staff is always a welcoming one. I always feel like I am moving forward when I have a visit. My visits are very informative and she takes time to go over my symptoms, if any, in order to provide the best feedback and follow-up. I learn something new with each visit. It is always a pleasure.

Dr Lelchuk has saved me! Every visit If I am not feeling well, I always have fantastic results. I have been going to Dr Lelchuk for back pain, stomach pain, when I am sick with the flu, & my annual check up. After every visit I feel like a new person. Always happy and healthy. Her staff is also extremely helpful too. They work as a team and make your visit smooth and feel that they all care so much about your well being.

This place is not a doctor office, they force me to pay first without ask nothing, i have to pay for my annual physical. after i called my insurance they even refused to give me refund. avoid this place, never go there.
