Dr. Irina Anatoliyevna Minina, MD

My experience with the way things works at that office is AWFUL! Friday's, between 1 and 3, are the only day's forms that need to be signed by Dr. Minina, can be picked up. ONLY ON FRIDAY'S!!!!! If she's out on "vacation", patients have to wait until she comes back to sign the forms, and only SHE can sign them. It's freaking ridiculous! This doctor doesn't care about her patients. She cares more about her skin care business. She's an awful doctor that shouldn't even have a practice. The PA's do more work than she does and they're awesome! I would NOT recommend her office.

The front desk "lady" was very rude - we got the 15 test for antibodies - DONT waist your money, they make you wait hours, they text your finger , wait more time, then they just give you a paper saying your positive or negative without the Doctor Minina even helping with questions and concerns with my 80 yr old aunt , she would not take 2 minutes of her time to come speak to her.

I never get to see her; she's always on vacation. I've got a new pcp as a result.

Absolutely my doctor of choice. I feel as if I am the only person in her office because she is entirely patient oriented. She also made sure my husband's death was treated with the utmost of dignity.

My parent was ill and saw Dr. Minina. Was diagnosed with a respiratory infection and said a prescription was called into the pharmacy. My parent goes to the pharmacy to pick it up only to find out it wasn't called in. Unfortunately, the office soon closed and when I asked the answering service to page the doctor since it was a long weekend.... The answering service said "the doctor has said under No circumstances was she to get in touch with the doctor. The only exception would be for Insulin." My parent, due to insurance, had to wait an additional day to go to another clinic. There they had said she did not have a respiratory infection but influenza. The doctor had other important things on her mind and needs to re-evaluate protocols for the answering service.

Appointment has been cancelled twice. Staff would not release results of tests I paid for. Staff called but did not leave message about cancelled appointment.

La Dra. es muy buena persona y atenta realmante no tengo queja de ella, pero fui tratada de muy mala manera por una de sus enfermeras que sin razon me grito y me trato de una manera que me senti muy ofendida. Sali de el consultorio muy triste, enojada y con un dolor de cabeza que pense que esto no se podia quedar asi. Creo que nadie tiene derecho a tratar mal a nadie y mucho menos cuando ese es su trabajo. Vi en el consultorio mucha gente de la tercera edad y me pregunto si de esa manera me trato a mi, como tratara a esas personas que no se saben defender?
