Dr. Ismat Ara Pervin, MD

She had no patience for our questions especially if asked more than once. She raised her voice & spoke down to the family members and the patient in the hospital (as if we should understand her vagueness). Made us all very upset. We had to call administrators to have her removed from my mothers case. She is not clear with her answers and showed no concern for my mother/her patient who they were suspecting a diagnosis of cancer. I can not believe this person is a doctor. We still can't believe the way she treated us, extremely unprofessional & she didn't have any compassion or understanding towards us & obviously didn't spend any quality time with us. She also struggles to speak, I don't know if it's a language barrier or lack of confidence either way it's not a good thing! If I could give her a zero I would.

She is very rude and has no patience. Hard to understand.
