Dr. Towery is a unique psychiatrist. He does not quickly advocate medication. Instead he listens with an open mind and heart. He is very easy to talk to and helps zero in on the issues. I saw him for anxiety and relationship issues. He taught me skills to help inprove my happiness and well being. I can't recommend a better psychiatrist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Towery's for over a year now and can't stress enough how happy I have been to have him as my Doctor. Through difficulties with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and the stress of new fatherhood, Jacob has been a pivotal provider of support to my health and wellbeing. He is an excellent listener and is incredibly easy to talk to and connect with. He is also is extremely knowledgeable with peer reviewed techniques and strategies for working through numerous life challenges. Through our shared work and effort I have seen substantial growth in my happiness and self esteem, and look forward to our continued progress together. Worked with Dr. Towery for 2 years. He was of immense help in helping understand and address personal challenges through his active listening and the ample toolset he has built through practice and training. He is a great listener, with ideas/solutions and works in holding you accountable in achieving progress/success. I always felt at-ease in my conversations with Dr. Towery, and left feeling uplifted. Hands-down a great doctor and an amazing person!

Jacob gave me my life back. For years I suffered from social and general anxiety. At its worst I couldn't leave the house and was unable to work. In four days of seeing Jacob i am now back at work and my anxiety is gone. How do you ever thank someone for that? I came from Canada to see him and it was well worth every penny on the treatment side. Jacob is also a very nice, caring person, he makes one feel very at ease.
