I was late for my appointment and was told that I would still be seen. Well, after waiting 1 1/2 hours I was told they would do thier best to see me in the next 1 1/2 hours. They said they had to see EVERYONE who came in before AND AFTER me prior to seeing me. There were women who came in over an hour after me, and whose appointment times were later than mine. They expected me to to wait until they were done with these patients and then they'd see me. Terrible policy, both draconian and punitive to the patient. It was noon and I'd been there for an hour and a half. I was nauseas. hungry and tired, in my first trimester and they expected me to wait another hour. Needless to say, I did not stay. This group seems to forget that the client is the patient, and they are here to service us and accomodate us, NOT the other way around.
