Dr. James Byung Kim, DO

Dr Kim is a fantastic physician and man, he is very thorough , compassionate & willing to help me through extreme pain. His receptionist Tina is a different story, she's nasty. More than that, apparently Tina hates herself & her pathetic life outside of work, so she finds it necessary to use her position as a receptionist as a power trip , scolding me , belittling me , not allowing me to speak . Get off your high horse Tina, no one cares, life is too short, be nice

Dr. Kim is a very kind, compassionate & straight forward health care provider. He is truly a blessing & has helped me a great deal over the last 4 years. My complaint is that of his receptionist Tina. It's as if Tina was born with boxing gloves on..she's ready to start an argument & has been rude in person & over the phone. She is unprofessional & in my opinion isn't fit to work with the public, and certainly not with people who are ill ,and/or in pain . She is verbally abusive & I suggest if you are looking for a great Dr. you've found him, just don't go to his wind gap office, go to his other location. Avoid Tina , you'd thank me

I have gone to him for 20 years.He is always interested in your problems and takes action quickly to help you get better. He has a great bedside manner and is very easy to talk to.
