his bedside manner leaves something to be desired, other he is good. office staff Kathy was winderful.

he is a good doctor/suregon, my outcome was good, but he can have a nasty, rude tounge.

Dr Foley created new boobs for me at age 63. After losing weight over the years everything had gone south! He lifted them up where they belong. And, no implants!Same morning surgery, wonderful follow up and fast healing! He keeps you bound up so no scarring. It's a miracle.Thank you, Dr.Foley.

Dr. Foley did not accomplish what he said he would. After 2 surgeries, my neck looks as bad as it did before he started............and I had to pay twice!

Dr. Foley was rude and unprofessional. Perhaps he should retire.

Dr. Foley is amazing... I needed a question answered after-hours and he was there for me. Wonderful person and doctor.
