Better to take a pro active stand and have yearly visits at the minimum.

I had a 2:30 appointment with Dr. Del Rosso with an arrival time at 2:15. After waiting patiently until 3:30, I spoke with his receptionist and was told that there were three other patients ahead of me and it would be another 45 minutes. At 4:20, my wife spoke with another receptionist who checked and found that at that time, there was still two other patients ahead of me and apologized. We decided that we had certainly waited long enough and would perhaps not see the doctor until 6:00 PM which we found ridiculous. Again I spoke with his receptionist and she snapped at me and stated that she didn't know how much longer it would be, so we left stating that we would not be back. I might add that I had seen Dr. Del Rosso previously on three occasions and I always had a long wait. Apparently, they must schedule a number of patients at the same time not caring about their patients time. I find this highly unacceptable and cannot excuse such behavior and inconsideration.

We have to agree with the other reviewer(s) in stating that this is possibly one of the worst medical experiences in town. Dr. Del Rosso's nursing staff personifies insensitivity and callousness. The nurse was tactless, clueless, and completely oblivious and dismissive toward our feelings. Dr. Del Rosso has the temperament of a spoiled and petulant child. Really, if you insist on acting like your patients are that much of an inconvenience, maybe he should just close your practice and find a different line of work.

Long waits, poor communication , and over the last five appointments the Dr. rescheduled three at the last minute.

After waiting more than two hours after my scheduled appointment Dr. Del Rosso finally saw me. I found him to be dismissive and arrogent. I will not return to his office

I think he's a great Derm! I had seen countless other people to no avail. He diagnosed my problem quickly because he knew the latest trial info on my condition. He gave me the right meds told me how to avoid flares in terms i could easily understand, and I'm no longer embarassed about my skin!So he didnt hug me or something? I think he's a real true pro who also happens to be nice! Thanks!!!!

I was told that Dr Del Rosso would provide two services for me and that the charge would be 70.00. The doctor spent 5 minutes with me, half heartedly performed one service and referred me to another doctor for the second service. I complained prior to leaving the office that I did not receive the services promised when I made the appointment and that I felt I had been ripped off. Two weeks later, I received a billing for another 15.00.

I asked for my copay back because he was crude, unclean, not thorough and spent no time with me.

He is not only rude, he talks on and on about himself and his hobby of guitar, yet will not answer any questions, just brushes off any questions you have, talks down to his patient and was verbally rude to his nurse right in front of me.Absolutely, the worse doctor I have ever met and I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.
