Excellent! Technicians and doctor Doss were all very thorough. They explained everything, were kind, and patient. You would have thought I was the only patient they were seeing. Well done!

Dr Doss was excellent professionally and personally in my time with him. However my wait time between initially seeing a nurse and seeing Dr Doss was well over an hour with no explanation from staff which was totally unacceptable and physically uncomfortable for an older patient like myself

Dr. Doss is a great doctor even though I had to wait some time after my appointment I didn’t mind because he always takes all the time he needs with each Patient and explains everything and never gets in a hurry or you never feel rushed.

My cataract surgery went very well. Post op no pain and 20/15 vision in operative eye.

I am a homeless veteran and I contacted the facility and asked if I could have a piece of mail delivered there to correspond with my visit, as i was traveling from out of state and was told yes. They forgot to get authorization from the VA so I had to stay another week in town. A few days later I parked on their lot under some shade trees so me and my puppy could take a nap. Next thing I know 3 cops are banning me from the property and told me that the site manager said I could get my procedure done at a sister facility. They obviously knew who I was to send that message. I dont understand why they could not have handled it in a different manner. Not only did I not get the procedure, but they refuse to give me my mail. They must be smoking sonething up in there if they think I will use any service affiliated with them!!

The only complaint is wait time past the appointment time. Dr Doss is professional, thorough, while at the same time is personable. He patiently answers any question I ask no matter how simple. I always leave feeling that was time well spent and comfortable with the health of my eyes. Thank you. Peter Lesslie

Dr Doss is very professional, through, yet personable, kind, informative, listens very well, answers clearly so anyone could understand him. I highly recommend him. He is an excellent eye doctor, the best I have ever had.
