James Higham-Kessler

I thought this staff was great as well as Dr. Kessler!! Very organized, thorough, and great communication as well. I felt at ease and very comfortable before and after the procedure. I also enjoyed how quick everything was and how easy of a process it was versus sitting and waiting. Everyone did their job thoroughly and you could tell how organized each role was. Highly recommend!! Dr. Kessler was very kind before the procedure started and diligent. He had a really great demeanor as well and ensured to answer any questions.

James was easy to talk with and I felt completely confident in him. No issues.

The support staff and anesthesiologist gave insight to the procedure and answered questions. Dr Kessler didn’t say much. The report the nurse went over was very thorough so he obviously did a good job.

A very professional outfit, we’re very polite and cordial. Got me in and out and explained everything.

The nurse and the anesthesiologist were the ones that made me feel more comfortable about my procedure. Dr. Higham-Kessler seemed more annoyed and in a hurry to get the procedure done. The nurse was the one that gave me the after care and results of my procedure. To me it seemed like they were in a hurry to get me in and out.

Dr. Kessler spoke to me for about 30 seconds while I was awake. I’m assuming he did a good job but I’m not sure how I would know. The nurse went over results and got me out of there as fast as possible. Is that a good thing? I can’t recommend him but I also can’t say he was bad.

Dr Kessler discussed my procedure before and let me know the outcome after. Answered my questions.

Dr. Higham-Kessler performed my colonoscopy flawlessly. I’d recommend him and his team. Making something uncomfortable as easy as could be expected.
