Treats you like a number. Doesn't want to answer any medical questions but just wants you to do a surgery and make money. Very boastful about writing research papers. So, you'd be working with someone who has academic knowledge and not real medical knowledge.

It’s been 11 weeks since my husband had his vasectomy reversal. We got the lab results just this week and the surgery was a success!!! The hubby’s swimmers are back in business! We are so excited and grateful for Dr.Hotaling and his excelled team! They were very carrying. Quick to respond, and provide updates through your the entire process! I did lots of research finding a doctor who specialized in this sort of stuff and Dr.Hotaling did not disappoint! I highly recommend him! You wouldn’t be disappointed with him or his staff!!

My husband and did extensive research when looking for a doctor who specialized in vasectomy reversals (we were coming from out of state). It took about a year from our first consultation to the time we got a surgery date. Dr. Hotaling was very friendly and informative and had good bedside manners. His staff was also very attentive and knowledgeable as well. Dr.H went over the results of the surgery while my husband was being wheeled to recovery. There was sperm In both sides which was great news and he made me feel confident In his surgical abilities! Even after we left the hospital he was prompt in responding to any questions I had. I would 100% recommend Dr.Hotaling.

My husband had a TESA from Dr. Hotaling that was so smooth and easy- we were out in 10 minutes and he even texted us to see how he was during recovery. He was super informative and made my husband very comfortable.

Dr. Hotaling provided me with excellent care, both in and out of the operating room. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with the level of concern and care that we received by Dr Hotaling. He had excellent bedside manner and explained everything in detail answering all of our questions. He took the time to meet with me immediately after my husbands surgery to inform me how the procedure went. He even gave me his personal number so I could reach him with any concerns that we might have. When my husband reached out to him via text about a concern he personally called him to reassure him. I am excited to see our final results from the surgery and would highly recommend Dr Hotaling to anyone wanting to do a vasectomy reversal.

Dr. Hotaling was very professional and had a reassuring bedside manner. The staff at the surgery center was very friendly and understanding. I have high hopes for a positive result for the procedure and high confidence in the Dr. Hotalings abilities. I was surprised at the level of concern that he showed for my post op care and even gave out his personal number to check in on me and see how I was doing. In all I was very happy with my treatment and time will tell how successful the procedure was.

My husband and I trusted Dr Hotaling in a procedure. Afterwards, we couldn't get ahold of his office for pain management. Feels like we were just a number to bolster his research, for which we are rescinding consent. Highly recommend you get a 2nd opinion before trusting this doctor.

Dishonest money grabber who would do unneeded surgery. I would never go to this doctor, nor recommend anyone else should. He suggested I would need surgery in two areas and told me that I should take CoQ10. He said surgery might help, but it wasn't 100%, and even gave me paperwork saying they don't know why the surgery would help. He and his partner in crime, Dr Dorais, pushed us to the most expensive option first and foremost, instead of trying to figure out what is really wrong. I lost a lot of respect for doctors after seeing him, and realize he was looking out for quick money from his patients. Since then, we have found another doctor who said he saw NO need for surgery or even a hint for it. He did a more thorough examination than Dr Hotaling did. I asked him if I should keep taking CoQ10, and he said they're just vitamins and likely wouldn't help our health problem at all. In summary, Hotaling suggested a totally unnecessary surgery for the sake of skimming more money off of us.… Do not go to this doctor!
