All round good doctor

Fabulous doctor! My 82 year old Mother would not be alive today if we did not have him. He found lung cancer very early and referred her immediately. My entire family goes to him because he is very honest yet very caring. I would recommend him to anyone!

Simply the best doctor I have seen. Appointments are easy to get if you are a patient. I am usually worked in the same day if I need to see Dr. Andrews. My wait time has never exceeded 5 minutes before I'm brought back, and i'd guess there is only one patient ahead of me. In that time a nurse takes my vitals and prepares me for the visit with the doctor. I have yet to read a whole page in a magazine while waiting. Everyone, but especially Dr. Andrews is courteous and professional. His diagnosis has always been spot on. I have never had to undergo needless tests. Best bedside manner I've encountered and given the pressures put on caregivers in todays health environment, I find it remarkable that anyone can be as upbeat and positive as this doctor. I have never felt slighted with his time. He is extremely efficient with his and my time but I always leave confident in the diagnosis and all my questions have been answered. Follow up usually comes in the form of a phone call by… the doctor when he should be home having dinner with his family. It is my opinion, a doctor with a higher moral, ethical, character can not be found in the greater Asheville area. I am truly blessed to have him as my physician.

Would not recommend. Dr Andrews is a nice guy although he lacks todays knowledge in many areas. Is not open to suggestions. Does not communicate well with other doctors or patients.
