Dr. Carlson needs to retire. He prescribed the wrong medications and medical equipment causing mutable medical issues to my mom. To include ER visits that should never have happened. Had Dr. Carlson been paying attention to medical needs for his patient in the beginning the recovery for my mom would have been completed months and maybe several years ago. While his nurse is wonderful, the doctor has lost his ability to analyze and prescribe either the correct diagnoses, medications and equipment. Again time for this doctor to RETIRE!!!!

Dr Carlson is one of those doctors that takes time with his patients and listen to your concerns. He truly is a diamond in the ruff. If he is taking on new patients I would recommend him to anyone .most Doctors make you feel rushed and make up their mind about you in 5 seconds. Dr Carlson is compassionate and cares about your quality of care. I will miss him greatly next year when I'm forced to go to Kaiser

Dr. Carlson is a great doctor. He really cares about his patient and their families. My family and I have been going to him for 30 years.

I have been a patient of Dr. Carlson for about 8 years. When I began the office staff was less than friendly. Since I have been going to him lately the staff is much better and quicker with the my needs. Dr. Carlson has always been professional and thoughtful with his diagnosises. Very intelligent and knows his job.

My family has been going to Dr Carlson since 1977. He is great, always addressing our needs. Office staff great and I really liked his nurse.

ALL I CAN SAY IS THE FRONT OFFICE IS VERY RUDE. DR. CARLSON IS A NICE MAN BUT I FIND IT IS HIS STAFF THAT FINES THINGS THAT ARE GOING ON LIKE MY HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND OTHER THINGS. BUT I HAVE SEEN HIM FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS AND I AM LOOKING FOR A NEW DOCTOR FOR MY FAMILY. IT IS JUST GETTING BAD DEALING WITH THAT FRONT DESK. I DONOT THINK THEY HAVE VERY GOOD PEOPLE SKILLS WHEN YOU TRY TO TELL THEM SOMETHING THEY ACT LIKE YOUR NOT TELLING THE TRUTH . I DO HOPE THINGS START TO CHANGE OR HE WILL LOSE ALOT OF PEOPLE .BECAUSE WHEN I AM WAITING TO SEE THE DOCTOR EVERYONE IS SAYING THE SAME THING AND LIKE I SAID DR. CARLSON IS A GOOD MAN AND HE JUST NEEDS TO GET BETTER PEOPLE RUNNING THE FRONT OFFICE.

Very likable man, seems to care. Then forgets it all. His staff is inept. He charges for prescription refills every month, and they are never ready even if you call a week ahead of time. I do like Carlson, but his staff is horrible!

In a city the size of Modesto, I am sure that there are competent and polite people interested in working in this office. While Dr. Carlson is a very kind and caring physician, the office staff is rude and unprofessional. It is truly unfortunate that this good doctor's reputation is mired by the quality of his staff.
