This is the BEST Doctor. Dr. Carroll and his staff treat me like family. He has been my Dr. for years . I am disappointed that he moved from Houston, but I always want the best for him. Thru all my medical issues I knew I was in the right hands .He knew me better than I know myself. He made me feel like I was his only patient. I did and still recommend Dr. James Carroll.

I agree with all the comments... my impression it was all about the money... and filling out the forms and the notice of all the costs the patient would have to eat! I didn't feel like I mattered to him, just another number. Poor bedside manner. When I had a consultation with him he was yawning, and he was talking about his issues; before I could ask another question, he was out the door! I WILL be looking for another doctor. I would not recommend him either!

This physician has poor bedside manner. It is inappropriate to begin a clinic visit discussing billing as if its the patient's fault and then complain that you had to "eat" the costs. It is obvious that this physician is only interested in the money he makes off his patients instead of treating the patient. I would not recommend him to anyone for treatment. He is very condescending and unprofessional and as a healthcare provider myself, I am ashamed and embarrassed to know that he is in the same profession.

Can be a caring doctor but he seems to spend most of his time with his technology rather than interacting with the patient right in front of him. Would be an excellent physician via skype.Waiting time is consistently atrocious.
