Everyone was super helpful, professional and friendly! I made a mistake and arrived an hour late and they still fit me in. The doctor was fantastic - he is on top of everything and I feel very good about being in his care. Great experience. I most appreciated the kindness and very high standard of service

Dr Spak, is the best Orthopedic Specialist around! He is as honest as they come and listens carefully to my concerns. He's helped with my knees and shoulder in a kind and compassionate manner. I would not go to anyone else - ever.

Shows no empathy for your pain. He’s condescending and treats you like you’re a hypochondriac who just can’t handle the (excruciating) pain. I’m still in constant, debilitating pain over 2 months after having two simultaneous procedures (still not driving or sleeping through the night), OTC meds are ineffective, and he told me I’d “just have to suck it up”.

Had really unpleasant experiences with Dr. Spak. Maybe there was something about me he just didn’t like or was uncomfortable with. I am a senior citizen with arthritis in both knees. He acted like he didn’t want to touch my knees, was very uncomfortable giving me injections for pain just looked like he wanted to get rid of me. Maybe he only likes treating younger, athletic people, or maybe he just didn’t like me. Felt he had a very judgmental attitude. Wish I had a better experience with him..

I cannot imagine the few people who gave Dr. Spak a less than sterling rating..... they need to wait until they are feeling much better & less grouchy before they give a review. He has been my surgeon since I first injured my shoulder & he did such a magnificent job with the jigsaw puzzle it was in that I had absolutely no residual pain when healed. Then it was my wrist & foot. Most recently it was a compound fracture to my ankle, & very dicey. Not only did he do his usual best, but no one can say the he has no bedside manner, doesn't listen or is rude. I think he is great or I obviously wouldn't be returning to him each time. Oh, & to those who complain about the X Ray & office staff - take a chill pill. Honestly, you people must be very difficult to get along with if you had problems with them, b/c each & everyone I spoke to on the phone & in person was so pleasant & helpful I was shocked to read complaints. And trust me, I called & visited way too frequently thanks to my bones.

In medicine for money not to help people

Service was excellent from entering the office and being greeted promptly by friendly staff to a short wait and being see quickly. At every turn, staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Dr. Spak is a wonderful doctor and surgeon. He performed surgery on my knee as well as three different surgeries on my shoulder. Each time I have fully recovered and been able to regain all mobility and function when other doctors did not believe it would happen. He is a bit difficult to communicate with at first, but opens up and becomes more personable if you have more than one appointment with him. I fully trust him and will definitely recommend him to anyone I know who needs to have a procedure done.

Dr. Spak is excellent technically, spends little time with you and simply does not listen to you when he is in the office with you.
