I was referred to Dr. Neigel by my eye doctor because of a problem I was having with tearing. She diagnosed the problem-- which fortunately did not require surgery and prescribed an eye drop that has almost completely remedied the problem! Her office has been very professional, Dr. Neigel is on time for appointments and she takes the time to explain in" understandable" terms the medical issues I was experiencing. I would recommend Dr. Neigel.

I would not refer anyone to this doctor or facility. She is money hungry with zero bed side manners. They will nickel and dime you taking pictures every visit just so they can charge you for any and all things to pay for her overhead. Her work is subpar and I would imagine the only way she gets referrals is by paying doctors to refer to her. Find a real plastic surgeon and do yourself a favor!!

I was first referred to Dr. Neigel by my ophthalmologist for certain conditions I was experiencing. She was wonderful. She knew exactly what to do - always professional, kind and helpful - answering all my questions. I was never rushed nor given a short or pat answer. I have continued in her care for both medical and cosmetic treatments. Through her efforts I feel better and look better than I have in several years. Her staff is great. I am beyond shocked at the bad reviews here, and NO, I do not work for Dr. Neigel, or know her in any capacity beyond being a patient. I was referred to her by a specialist and I’m so glad that I came to her. I have had complications from a rare autoimmune disease and no one had been able to remedy the problem. Dr. Neigel has been the only physician able to get the problem under control and maintained. I see Dr. Neigel on a regular basis and am always impressed by the professionalism of her staff and the way I am treated. I can’t say I have ever had a negative experience in all the time I’ve been treated. I see a lot of doctors on a regular basis and I’ve been able to sort out the just competent from the very capable. I think you have to ask yourself what you are expecting from a physician and be prepared to ask a lot of questions. It’s a partnership and you have to work together for the best result.

Dr. Neigel is a very kind, caring, intelligent, highly skilled plastic surgeon. Dr. Neigel has done an excellent job in helping me to counteract the effects of aging (frown lines, naso-labial folds) on my face in a very short amount of time. I have seen major improvements since becoming her patient, and I recommend Dr. Neigel to anyone. Everyone in her staff has also been very kind and helpful. I will always be deeply grateful to Dr. Neigel. She is one of the BEST!

Does not know what she is doing and is disinterested in the final outcome especially when it goes wrong.

For $395.00 x 20 minutes of physician time to evaluate & discuss surgery for basal cell cancer under eye told me enough about the physician & to get second opinion. Referred by my dermatologist after positive biopsy for skin cancer along lower eyelid.

MD spent about 20 minutes to evaluate basal cell cancer of eye lid. Did not explain any side effects, complications surrounding the eye should graft be required. Office provided a generic claim receipt with no MD Identification #. Insurance company took 8 wks to reimburse 80% of the $395.00 fee. Over priced but she can do this as my Insurance was out of network. I felt I wasted $$ & my time with this MD. Had eye surgery in Philadelphia by a fantastic husband & wife team. The consult was over 40 minutes & MD charged $200.00 with 90% In network reimbursement X 2 wks. Plan to use In network physicians in future.

Dr. Neigel is A- One Surgery on my upper eyelids was made as easy and undramatic as I could possibly have imagined. I was hardly aware of going thru the procedure, and best of all, the outcome is exactly what I hoped it would be. Bonus - the staff, every one, was pleasant,caring,gentle and efficient - a reflection of Dr. Neigel herself. Would I recommend her? YES!!!
