I had a deviated septum and have waited two months before writing this review. I wanted to give my nose the time to fully settle down post surgery and give a review that might be helpful to others. I have been blown away by the results of Dr Moche’s work and very pleased with his patient care and attention. Going in, he really wanted to understand my expectations that were set at “25%” more flow through my nose. Well. It feels to me closer to 300%. My breathing today is a quantum difference from what it was. My nose does not get blocked in the same way at all. I wonder how a stuffy nose will feel with the four lane superhighway he has installed in my nasal canals. Almost looking forward to getting a cold to see if this nose can be stuffed up. It took about a month for all the swelling to mainly go, and I should clearly have had this done decades ago. The first week was tough until the plugs came out. Sleep was quite disturbed. But once out, I had a new nose. … The discomfit was well advertised and Dr Moche was very careful not to allow me to rush into surgery. No romancing the procedure. He allowed me time to consider the risks and the burden of surgery. At the hospital he took the time to walk me through step by step what was going to be done. Post op he was available for my questions and edge-case worries. Now every breath is divine and fulsome, without the feeling of breaking through straws. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Moche to anyone considering such surgery and am very pleased at the work he has done. [6 month update: the nose has settled down even more. Very, very pleased with the work and professionalism. I still feel that this is not my nose as the results are so amazing.]
