Jason is a wonderful doctor who took his time to explain my issue and the procedure. His staff was (in my opinion) rude, unprofessional, and disorganized. They refused to provide any info pre- or post-surgery to me or my partner for my care, leading to a lot of unneeded stress.

Jason is a very kind and compassionate doctor and keen the ensure we were well informed as to my injury, the procedure, and surgical approach. He gets 5 stars. His staff (Marco, Jenny, Diana, and Abe) were, in my and my partner’s opinion, unorganized, unprofessional, and werent compassionate. They said they will provide info or do something and don’t. They don’t return calls. The staff made the entire surgery extremely uncomfortable and stressful.

Dr. Snibbe has an awesome bedside manner and is extremely empathetic. He is a problem solver and did everything he could to help me. In my opinion he's the best surgeon in the nation. He's excellent at communication and really listens.

Dr. Snebbe is a caring and very talented surgeon. I had full hip replacement and am doing well thanks to his skills. I never had to wait in his office, and after the surgery was able to get in to see him immediately when I had some problems- no wait. My only suggestion would be for him to spend a little more time in the hospital with the patient post-op - but most orthopedic surgeons do not do so. He is very personable and knowledgeable.

Unless there is a problem with emergency overtime operation, there really is not that much of a wait. I know I caused a wait as I was late in the operating room, so can't complain. If You have a problem, then leave, he does't need your agravation,bitching.

Dr. Snibbe changed my husbands life. He had a hip replacment and is now a new man. Dr. snibbe is a great doctor
