Dr. Jason H Turner, MD

Dr Turner has an amazing capacity to actually listen. He encourages verbalization relating to your symptoms, how you feel, how long you have been experiencing a problem, in order to more fully understand the issue. He is caring and thorough. He has been my doctor for most of this century and I trust him and appreciate his care and his stability at the same location.

There was a time I loved Dr. Turner, but I cannot say that any longer. His support staff are rude, incompetent, and non-responsive. Messages are left un-answered. Claim files are submitted to insurance without being fully completed. They are incapable of following basic instructions from the insurance company to get claims paid. And, instead of talking to the client, they send certified letters dismissing/discharging the patient without explanation. This is a case of lying down with dogs and getting up with fleas. Dr. Turner has chosen to work with this group and the incompetence and unprofessional conduct has rubbed off on him.

Seems to really care

Dr. Turner was thorough in his explanation of problems and solutions and the prognosis. He took an inordinate amount of time to answer questions in a clear & understandable manner. He & his office managed the insurance process which had presented major obstacles. The result was positive. The surgery was successful. In addition, his patient care was great & personal. I'd highly recommend him as someone who is current & experienced on all the latest procedures contributing to the surgery's success.

I have gone to Dr Turner for 7 years and he is outstanding.

I met Dr Turner when he first treated my mother. He literally saved her life because of other bad medicine in Phoenix. Very compassionate, takes ample time with patients, personally phones on follow ups from time to time. All of my family now go to him.

I moved to AZ 7 years ago and have been to at least 6 doctors before finding Dr Turner. Finally someone listened to me! Dr Turner took me off diabetes meds that another dr put me on -- Dr T said it was making my blood sugar too low and I didn't need to be on it!! He has given me med for chronic hip pain and now I feel great! He always listens to even my smallest complaints and takes me seriously. He is smart and compassionate ! I am so glad I found Dr T!

HE IS THE BEST DOCTOR AT STAIGARD MEDICAL CLINIC, HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING,HE HAS A BIG HEART,HE GIVES ALL THE TIME A PATIENTE NEEDS.I HOPE THAT HE'LL STAY THERE FOR EVER!!!!.

I have been to 6 doctors in 5 years and Dr Turner is the only one who really listened to me and took my concerns seriously. I have been in pain for 6 years, but after seeing Dr Turner just 3 x, I am so much better! I think Dr Turner is the Best!

Dr Turner is the best. Unfortunately he works in a Medical facility that office staff are very rude,and very belittling. Office staff member at the front desk(one with husky voice) Had numerous incidence of how rude and belittling she can be. Love this Dr but dealing with office staff makes for a very unpleasant visit.Dr Turner is the most knowlegable Dr I have ever had and he is nothing like the front office staff rhatthe Steingard medical group employs.
