I trust Dr Jay with my life, and my family’s lives. He cares, and goes the extra mile to do whatever he can to help. Keep up the good work!

I have visited Dr. Patel 6 times and I cannot say a positive thing about him. I feel rushed and pushed through like cattle. He does not listen. He must read minds! Recently prescribed medication which is not in the class I should be taking. Stay away!

The practice has grown too much and become very impersonal. Refills are not called in, paper work is not completed for surgery clearance, calls are not returned, a doctor will never get on the phone with you regarding issues with labs, and lastly Dr Jay does not perform a PHYSICAL EXAM at visits. It truly feels like a money making operation.

Dr. J is just the best doctor I have ever seen- I wish I heard about him sooner. I finally found a doctor I can trust and know will help me. Thank you!

I have been with Dr Jay for over 5 years. I am a medical professional myself and he is definitely not a quack as someone else called him. He and the other doctors were all pharmacists before going to medical school. They truly know what they are prescribing. I also think they are good diagnosticians. That being said, the office has grown, and I feel it is not the practice it once was. I typically wait an hour to be seen. The office staff leaves something to be desired. The doctors do not call you back. They do not call you about labs or medical questions. Everything goes through the less than stellar receptionists. I'm actually considering changing physicians due to how the practice has evolved.

I met with Dr. Patel today. Im actually really grateful to call him my doctor. He was veyy friendly and open to talk to. Hes seems to genuinely care about my problems. (type 1 diabetic). I go back in 3 weeks to get blood work and i look forward to speaking with jay. Hes laid back and professional. Feels like I've known him forever.

Great Doctor and staff

This is absolutely without a doubt the worst family physician and pediatricians office I have ever been to. The nurse practitioner is downright rude, nasty and offensive. Their call back time is days or never, even for a sick appointment, good luck. I have had them say that they were going to call in scripts and then I'd call my pharmacy and they never called them in, so I have to bug them repeatedly to make the call. I have requested that the doctor give me a return call and he refuses to do so. The wait time is forever, on average I'd say I wait at least an hour every visit. They have messed up and given me the wrong dose of medications so often that they started to tell me the wrong dose was actually the right dose and acted like I was making things up, despite the fact that the pharmacy could confirm the correct dose I'd been getting and was in agreement with me. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone. AWEFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
