Dr. Jaymichael S Balagtas, MD

Dr. Balagtas and his staff were wonderful. Kind, patient, caring, you name it. Dr. Balagtas sat there with my daughter and I and played with her while talking to me. Was genuinely concerned for what could be going on with her. You don't find that very often these days. Especially not in someone who has been doing this for so long it usually feels like they become desensitized. His nurse was just as kind. Also the social worker came in the room after Dr. left and let me know that my daughters insurance did not cover her biopsy. She also got the paper work going for me for an insurance that would cover it! What an amazing place it was so nice because that is the last thing you want to worry about when your child and you are being faced with such a terrifying situation is paper work or the thought of how am I going to pay for this. I just can't express enough my happiness with this office and their staff. I would definitely recommend this Dr. to anyone.
