Dr. Jay Reinsma, MD

Best doctor I've ever had.. and is trustworthiness.. i wish I could find where he is currently practicing.

I should have been casted the day of my on the job injury when I came in but he gave me a brace and an x-ray that couldn't see through the swelling. Then a CT scan 2 weeks later then finally a month later when it wasn't better, oh let's do an MRI. The Dr I saw on a follow up when he wasn't there said I should have been put in a cast the first day and I'd be back at work by then, a month later. Now that my broken bone has healed incorrectly I need surgery. So I've been out of work for over 90 days and another 4-6weeks (or who knows how much) longer. It's affecting not just me but our finances and my wife has to work doubles now to make up the income so we can afford to pay bills. He also refused to fill out my disability paperwork. It's workers comp so unfortunately I don't have a choice and they wouldn't let me switch doctors.

Rude, hostile talks down to his patients won’t answer your questions worse doctor I’ve ever had

Dr Reinsma has treated myself and my family since around 1985. He is kind, extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Absolutely one of the best!

Dr. Reinsma has been my physician for over 20 years and has never made en error in diagnosis or misread my medical needs. He is a shining star in his profession and a caring individual on all levels. The years have seen him go on to be physician to my daughter and my stepson and his family. I am not exaggerating when I say that, even if I moved out of Colorado, I would return here in order to reap the benefits of Dr. Reinsma's care.
