I had bad experiences similar to the other reviewers. Dr Silver is slow to order tests, slow to get you referrals, slow to return phone calls, slow to get you a dx, slow to get you any treatment. He seems disinterested, exhausted, indifferent, overwhelmed, and sometimes acts downright rude. And this is a concierge doctor! No benefit whatsoever for his pricey surcharge. He should retire before he continues to do more harm.

Dr Silver’s follow up was the worst I have ever experienced. He ordered testing, diagnosed a problem then left me weeks without treatment. I found another doctor to address my issue and left Silver’s practice. He just doesn’t care.

Dr Jeffrey Silver has been my primary care doctor for well over 20 years. During this time he has guided me through a very complicated medical history, recommending appropriate medications and tests, and referring me to the appropriate specialists when necessary. He has been respectful toward me and willing to have the necessary conversations with me so that I can make my own decisions regarding certain issues. I have found Dr Silver to be both friendly and professional over the years, leading me to diagnoses I may not have had, given less time and attention. Dr. Silver knows his stuff.I sleep him for sleep apnea. He talks to you in a very thoughtful and respectful way.He never rushes. He will take the time to answer any questions you might have. He is a problem-solver. He also surrounds himself with some of the nicest group of professionals in his office. He is accessible. After he left the location I had seen him and opened a new private practice further away from me, there was no question in my mind that he was worth the extra travel time. He is a special guy.
