I had my first visit with Dr. Padalecki last week, when he stepped in to the room, he introduced himself and shook my hand. I knew that I was in good hands. Thank you, Dr. Padalecki

Kind, compassionate, and knows what he's doing. I felt very confident and at ease with him doing my hip surgery and have no regrets.

Dr. Padalecki diagnosed and fixed a shattered patella I sustained in May 2015. Right away I was struck by what a genuine and caring individual he seemed to be. He immediately related to me and my condition and offered a logical set of options. The surgery went well. My scar is thin and straight, and my recovery has been going well considering the seriousness of the injury. I'd recommend Dr. Padalecki to my family and friends without hesitation.

I have seen dr Padalecki over the past 2 years. This last visit was not positive. I waited at Medical Park Towers for 1-1/2 to see him. His new RN was forgetful, didn't return calls or emails about my situation. By the time I saw dr Padalecki he was yawning and looked exhausted from jamming patients in all day. He had no good treatment plan for my knee and brushed me off with suggesting Cortisone injections. I brought a MRI with me which I doubt he looked at. I travelled distance to see him and wanted him to resolve my issue or at least try to help. He didn't give me a positive experience like previous visits and it appeared his tiredness got in the way of my health care. I will not see him again and he wasted my time making me wait over an hour to see him. The office is tired and worn and front desk staff aloof and unfriendly. The chairs are uncomfortable, cheap. This is a Austin Regional Clinic facility now -take it for what it's worth! BTW, this doctor easily found on the web… with his actor brother.

I met Dr. Padalecki after I broke my wrist - a bad break! Right away he displayed gentleness and kindness. The next morning I had surgery, and I have been extremely happy with the results. After 5 months my wrist is very close to being back to normal. I saw Dr. Padalecki this morning for the last follow up, and I am more grateful than ever that he was on call the day I broke my wrist! His gentleness and kindness have shown every time I have seen him, and today he wanted to know if I was happy with the outcome. Absolutely!
