Dr. Jeffry Menzner was an experienced and wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. Boise people are blessed and lucky to have Dr. Jeffry Menzner and his staff to take care of total joint replacement, not everyone so lucky. My relative in California had a same surgery (total knee replacement) a day after my surgery and she went thru allots of pains. I can walk and drive a car after two weeks surgery and she still in allots of pain and using walker

Dr Menzner, Brian Henniger, nurses Cynthia and Jenny and the pre-op staff at St Luke’s are all phenomenal. This was absolutely the most comfortable and best ran operation I have ever been through.

I had both knees replaced by Dr Menzner in 2020. I received excellent care from Dr Menzner and his staff. My results have been excellent. No pain now, able to fully hike, mountain bike and ski. I would give him my highest recommendation

Did not review records from transfer. Did not want to follow my existing treatment plan. Questioned my Disability. Was a complete a$$. I filed a grievance with St. Lukes. DO NOT GO TO Dr. Menzner if you want to be taken seriously. This was my second negative experience with Dr Menzner, my first experience was 10 years ago and he misdiagnosed a complete ACL tear and I had to suffer through it for a month before he ordered an MRI which found the tear, I scheduled subsequent surgery with a different doctor. I had to see him this time due to insurance limitations

First let me say that I had a total right knee replacement. The majority of the time I saw his P.A. Prior to my surgery, Jake. I love Jake and his staff! I am on disability for chronic daily migraines, fibromyalgia and arthritis of the spine and knees. At my pre-op appointment I discussed, or so I thought, how we would handle my migraines while in the hospital and after since he, Dr Menzner, was taking me off a lot of the meds I use for those conditions for the surgery. I thought we had a plan and he understood...I now realize he did not listened to me or just dismissed me The day after surgery he started showing his bad bedside manner. While still in the hospital he was upset when I had one more question before being discharged. He literally looked mad at me. I dismissed it as that he was in a hurry or something. Then at my 2 week pre-op he was very condescending, rude and demeaning in his attitude. Due to my Fibromyalgia I have to work up to exercising otherwise I go into a giant… flare and am restricted in my activities for days after. I was riding the stationary bike 2 times a day and he wanted me at 3...tried to explain I was working up to it and should be doing that in a few days. By the way my Physical Therapist says most doctors require only 2 times a day....He literally got mad at me, told me I wasn’t taking my recovery seriously. When my Husband tried to explain to him that I had Chronic Pain conditions that were hindering my ability to reach that since I just started a week prior to my visit, he did not want to hear about it. We concluded either he is ignorant regarding chronic pain conditions or just doe not want to deal with them. If you have any chronic issues I’d recommend highly looking elsewhere for a surgeon. This Surgeon has a God Like complex and I will not be going back to him. I’m in the process of finding a new orthopedic surgeon since I still will need follow up care and my left knee done within a few years.

Dr Menzner and his entire team are prompt, professional, caring and knowledgeable. I have had both hip and knee replacement and he has always been very cordial and pleasant and I’ve never had as much as a twinge after surgery. He and his team are outstanding in every way. Linda
