Infertility is the hardest thing my husband and I have ever gone through. When we decided to start a family, we never believed we would be faced with any struggles. We were under the mindset that this could never happen to us. Nothing prepares you for all the tests and time it takes to try and find an answer for infertility. We were extremely surprised and so blessed when we found out we were winners of IVFMD’s IVF raffle. Multiple doctors told us that IVF wouldn’t be an option for us and that is when we met Dr. McCarthy. We felt this was our chance and we’re so thankful Dr. McCarthy was willing to take this journey with us. Dr. McCarthy knew our situation was a long shot, but showed positivity and support that made us completely comfortable with any decision she was making. My husband and I are now pregnant with our first child. Thank you, Dr. McCarthy, for our miracle!! We will be back to see you in the future!

Dr.McCarthy has made our dreams come true. When many other doctors were telling us “just keep trying” after having multiple miscarriages, Dr.McCarthy gave us hope. From the first appointment my husband and I could feel her compassion and genuine desire to help us find out what was causing the miscarriages. She guided us thoughtfully and compassionately, and was always available to answer any of our questions or concerns. We couldn’t be more grateful to her and the staff at IVFMD. Means everything to have a doctor and staff who truly make you feel like you are their only patient.

Once you visit Dr. McCarthy, you will wish every Doctor was just like her! I cannot recommend her enough, and I am so glad she was part of our journey on growing our family! She is so down to earth and professional, yet SO knowledgeable on all things fertility. Infertility is one of the hardest things to go through, and having a Doctor like Dr. McCarthy that shows so much empathy for her patients makes all the difference. Her approach is letting the patient decide what they are comfortable with and when instead of forcing a plan or jumping straight to IVF. We started off with an IUI after all of our initial testing in 2020. We took a break in 2021 , and then decided to return in 2022 to try again. We started again with 4 medicated cycles, and once those failed we finally turned to IVF. Dr. McCarthy and her staff make the complex IVF process easy and clear to understand, and they are always available for all questions. Our first frozen embryo transfer was successful, and I know it’s because of Dr. McCarthy’s knowledge and care! If you are struggling to conceive or even just want to understand your options, go see Dr. McCarthy at IVFMD! I will forever be thankful for her!

Dr. McCarthy is an EXCELLENT doctor! She is one of the few doctors who actually listens to a patient’s needs. She is caring, compassionate, understanding and comforting. Dr. McCarthy does her best to accommodate every situation and couple. She will hold your hand every step of the way and is always available for questions. The staff is also great and friendly! We had a wonderful experience with no complaints. I wish Dr. McCarthy were also an OB because I would stay with her through the whole pregnancy process if I could.

5 Stars is not enough for Dr. McCarthy! Initially I was referred to Dr. McCarthy for needed surgery, and later transitioned into an IVF patient. Her skills as a surgeon are known well known across the state. As an IVF patient Dr. McCarthy and her team made sure my treatment fit my specific diagnosis. She was always very honest with expectations, which I really appreciated. The IVF Jupiter team is available 7 days a week for their patients, the whole team at IVFMD becomes such an integral part of such a hard journey, you never feel alone. I’m currently pregnant with my first child and truly feel blessed to have been referred to Dr. McCarthy and her team.

Dr. McCarthy is the best! Her office staff is very professional. Also, you are seen within 5 minutes of your apt time. Would highly recommend anyone to go here!

Absolutely exceptional care and treatment! My husband and I are so grateful to have found Dr. McCarthy! Dr. McCarthy and her staff are extremely professional and kind. They treated us with warmth and understanding in all phases of our journey. At no point in time, did we feel that we were under-informed or stuck with only one option. Dr. McCarthy’s approach to our concerns was systematic and conservative. She did not push unnecessary treatments or procedures, she provided all options to us allowing us the ability to choose the best path for starting our family. As a result of her care, my husband and I were able to conceive naturally. We feel so blessed we found Dr. McCarthy and highly recommend her and IVFMD (Jupiter, FL).

Dr. McCarthy and her staff at the Jupiter office are the BEST. I spent a good amount of time visiting their office and got know them all on a personal level. They make you feel like you are their only patient AND friend. I have never felt so trusting in a doctor and staff before. They are always on time, take their time with you and never make you feel rushed. I had to travel about 35 minutes to get to their office and it was well worth it. They are the real deal and genuinely care for you. Fortunately, after one round of IVF I became pregnant and I owe it all to their knowledge. I have recommended countless people to their office and everyone feels the same!

Our fertility journey has been lengthy and stressful. We have been trying to conceive for years and had several failed fertility treatments at a different practice. Dr. McCarthy is hands down the best doctor I have ever seen. From the first visit, my husband and I were blown away. She reviewed our history and knew our background before our first appointment. Dr. McCarthy clearly knows what she is going. She is very patient, kind, and compassionate. She listened to our story and made several recommendations. We immediately knew that Dr. McCarthy was the right doctor for us. She recommended IVF and we jumped right in. Every one of the Jupiter office staff are amazing. The front desk staff and all of the nurses helped make this experience stress free and positive. Dr. McCarthy and her nursing staff have excellent communication with their patients. Every time I had a question, I would receive a response right away. Our first IVF cycle was successful and my husband and I are expecting our first child thanks to Dr McCarthy and her amazing staff. Words cannot express how grateful we are!! I feel like we became a big extended family and cannot wait to bring our baby in for a visit!!

Dr. McCarthy and her staff really cared about getting my husband and I comfortable with our treatment plan. Her office always manages to squeeze us in with our busy schedules when necessary. I would highly recommend Dr. McCarthy to any friend or family with any fertility issues.

My husband and I went to Dr McCarthy after getting a diagnosis of male factor infertility. I feel that Dr McCarthy truly cared about us as a couple. She treated us, not just our diagnosis Our wants and needs were listened to. Appointments were never rushed. Not only was our IVF treatment successful, Dr McCarthy was able to make a highly medicalized process really special. She is an intelligent, compassionate doctor who cares about her patients. When I got pregnant, Dr McCarthy was genuinely happy for us. Maybe we could have had a successful IVF treatment elsewhere but we most likely would not have been cared for as well. I am so glad we used Dr McCarthy for our IVF.

Dr. McCarthy is incredible! She is easy to talk to and is reassuring no matter what concern I had. She is someone who lays out all the options to put your mind at ease. My experience going to her was amazing. When we got the news we were pregnant-she was genuinely as happy as we were! She takes her time with each patient and still manages to take people on time for their appt. I have yet to find that combo anywhere else! Her staff was excellent as well! HIGHLY recommend!

The most caring physician I’ve ever had and wonderful office and clinical staff. Prompt appointments and such care shown through the entire process. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend many other physicians more highly- they are the best!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. McCarthy and the staff at IVFMD. This is a top-notch facility that is extremely well run. Infertility is a very long, difficult, frustrating, and expensive journey but this amazing team did everything they could to successfully guide us through it. Dr. McCarthy and her staff were extremely knowledgeable, supportive, kind, caring, honest, and passionate. They spent time explaining everything we needed to know and they answered all of our questions in a timely manner. I swear, these are the most organized people on the planet! I don’t know how they keep track of everything, but they do a fantastic job monitoring each patient and customizing a personalized plan to make sure you have the best possible chance at parenthood! My husband and I both have full time jobs and they accommodated our schedule to make it work. Every single person in that office showed us they were personally vested in our journey in one way or another and when found out we were pregnant, they all shared the same excitement, joy, and happiness that we felt! We couldn’t have had a better experience and I’m forever grateful for all the amazing women at IVFMD!!

Each person in the Jupiter office had a role to play in our success, making us feel calm and hopeful, from financial to taking vitals to being an incubator babysitter to being a shoulder to cry on and the list goes on. We know God used each of them in our story and we are so grateful. We laughed and cried and received a miracle! This is our Jupiter family! Our doc, Jenna McCarthy is #amazing!! I had an amazing experience at Dr. McCarthy's office. She was knowledgeable and kind and was always open to listening to what we had to say or what our concerns were. Our experience with her staff was always enjoyable as well. I would definitely go back to Dr. McCarthy in the future!!!!
