Dr. Jennie Josephine Muglia, MD

Waited 1 1/2hrs to see dr. She came in and did not introduce herself - never looked me in the eye and spent at most 5 minutes with me. She needs a lesson in politeness.

The waiting time is very unprofessional and inconsiderate!!!! Whether I go, or my husband goes to her, we have to wait more than an hour. One time I got there later than my appointment time, and the staff member reprimanded me ... even though I did NOT miss my appointment because Dr. Muglia was WAY BEHIND! I told the staff member I called ahead and was told she was running late. She told me I still needed to be there on time! My husband gets the same bad treatment. Both of us want to change drs. because of the unprofessional/rude treatment at the front desk and the insane waiting time! My husband has heard other people complain at the desk, too. No one really cares!!

I waited an hour and a half for my appointment. When Dr Muglia finally came in she was chomping on gum which I thought was unusual. When I found out a week later that my biopsies were cancer positive I scheduled an appointment to have the spots removed. When I was brought into the room to have the spots removed the paper from the prior patient was still on the table with a dirty johny. Disgusting. The nurse cleaned the area up and then Dr Muglia came in chomping her gum once again. The two areas she cut became infected, I have been back twice to have stitches removed...I would NEVER recomend Dr Muglia to anyone, ever.

After a biopsy I had to learn weeks later that I had a skin cancer from my primary, the office never followed up. Dr. Muglia or her residents never inspected my scalp only to learn that there was another cancer site 1 year later that was very difficult to remove by another surgeon. After LONG wait times in office, only minutes spent with a patient that has a long history of skin cancer. I cannot recommend or go back.
