Dr. Jennifer Lynne Armstrong, MD

I consider myself a positive person who for the most part doesn't find reason to give negative reviews but I must leave one for Dr. Armstrong. I feel as though she didn't listen to the questions that I asked her about my hemoglobin/ferritin levels. She honestly, seemed like she went through the motions and was rushing to get me out of the appointment. I went to see her in 2017 and this was my first time back. I'd recommend going elsewhere. Overall, not satisfied with the level of service received.

Dr Armstrong and that head nurse Alice are too busy being full of themselves to listen or care about patients. I asked the doctor questions about my cancer so I could better understand my prognosis. "Is it in the lymph nodes?" Seemed like a question she would know. Instead she grumbled that she would have to open multiple files to look it up and I would need to wait 45mins while she checked. I said "okay" and then she was really annoyed. Who needs that? I certainly don't need her.

I was sent to Dr. Armstrong by my sleep medicine doctor for an iron infusion. I spent about about 15 minutes sharing my symptoms and how it was affecting my health. According to Restless Leg Foundation (RLS ) Foundation and my sleep doctor an iron infusion would help. She did not acknowledge any of my symptoms or discuss how an iron infusion would help or hurt me. She said she would only give me the infusion if I signed a form stating that I would pay full price for it-- if they did not. I can't express how terrible she made me feel. I was already at the end of my rope. I left her office hopeless. I advise those with RLS to seek help elsewhere. She has no interest or compassion for helping RLS patients.

I posted a negative review about Dr. Armstrong's Unethical behavior towards my husband and they refused to print it. It was well after my previous monthly review but still they refused to post it. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS CANCER DOCTOR IF YOU LOVE YOUR LOVED ONE!!!!!

My husband was a patient of Dr. Armstrong. Since he is no longer with us, I am giving Dr. Armstrong a rating of ZERO!!! She gave up on my husband 4 years ago!! If she had referred us to Cancer Treatment Centers of America, my husband might still be here today!! She conspired with Jacqueline Fisher, DO to change his code level to a 3 (no treatment) even though we were not asked this. My husband’s only wish was to go home!! He never got there!! I have no spouse, my kids have no father and our grandchildren have no grandfather!!! I would NOT recommend these 2 doctors to anybody!!! Dr. Armstrong’s Very words at our initial visit were “WE WILL MAKE YOU BETTER!” IF THIS WAS NOT POSSIBLE FOR HER, SHE SHOULD HAVE REFERRED US TO ANOTHER FACILITY LIKE CANCER TREATMENT CENTERS OF AMERICA!!! I cry myself to sleep every night!!! She got away with this!!! SHE IS A DISGRACEFUL DOCTOR!!!

It is not only IMMORAL to change a patient’s code status without the patient’s approval, it is also ILLEGAL TO CHANGE A CODE STATUS WITHOUT THE PATIENT’S APPROVAL!! THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT DR. ARMSTRONG DID TO MY HUSBSND’S CHART!!! I FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS CHANGE TO A CODE LEVEL 3 FROM A CODE LEVEL 1 WHEN I GOT A COPY OF MY HUSBAND’S CHART AND THEN IT WAS TOO LATE FOR LEGAL ACTION TO BE TAKEN!! SHE DEPRIVED MY HUSBAND HIS RIGHT TO GO HOME TO SAY GOODBYE TO HIS CHILDREN AND CONSPIRED WITH DR. FISHER TO APPROACH ME SAYING “HE WONT MAKE IT HOME”. IT IS ILLEGAL TO CHANGE A CODE STATUS WITHOUT APPROVAL OF THE PATIENT AND THATS WHAT DR. ARMSTRONG DID AND DR. JACQUELINE FISHER CONSPIRED WITH HER!! MY RATING FOR BOTH DOCTORS IS A 0 BUT THE LOWEST YOU CAN GIVE IS A 1!!

Incredibly rude. I would never recommend this office, Dr. Armstrong in particular.

This doctor is absolutely fantastic.Without her I would have been dead from Scleroderma many years ago.I am 95% well and leading a normal life.

Dr. Armstrong and her entire staff, from office staff to nurses to Alice, her right arm, are the best. They made my husband feel like he had his own personal Angels, when we thought there was no hope at all. I would recommend this office to anyone, my family, and even myself if I needed it.
