Dr. Jennifer Dizon Atadero, MD

Horrible experience. Wrongfully diagnosed as PPD, instead of Hashimoto (even after expressing symptoms many times) The staff is rude and belittling, will not admit if their wrong. I was put on a HIGHLY addictive drug (Venlafaxine, then Xanax) which I cannot wean off of, and yet she expects me to come in every 3 months so that I can get prescription refills.. Are you kidding me? I am not a piggy bank. Horrible place. I told the staff that I would report the to BBB and she said, " Good, Mrs. Atadero would love that". So unprofessional.

I wish my family became patients of Dr. Atadero years ago. She is the best doctor my family has ever had. She actually diagnoses problems accurately herself vs my previous doctors. She is very kind, yet direct. I really appreciate her approach and the time she takes with her patients. I feel there is also a respect for my time. Highly recommend Dr. Atadero.

My wife and I have seen her for the past 10 years. She’s a wonderful doctor and a wonderful person.

We’ve been seeing Jennifer for 10 years, the past 5 years we’ve lived out of state. Our kids live in Algonquin, so when we visit we will see her. And when we’re out of state for months at a time her and her staff are wonderful, and treat us as though we were in the office. Refilling prescriptions at any hospital Or pharmacy we happen to be near is never an issue. She’s never hesitated to keep us as patients even though we’re out of state. Jennifer Atadero is the most conscientious, friendly, caring, apathetic, and intelligent doctor my wife and I have ever met. She takes the time to know you as well as help you. She’s awesome, we love her.

Dr. Jennifer is great, mild-mannered, understanding and cooperative. However, the reason for my review is the receptionist Nicole which should be fired for her lack of customer service skills. She is offensively impolite, hangs up the phone on the patient. I am appalled at the customer service and believe the doctors should be aware and I will be speaking with them. It appears that I am not the only patient sharing this opinion as reading the below. If someone is as bitter about her job as this Nicole, this should not be tolerated by the doctors.

I had been going to Dr. Atadero for years. She is a wonderful doctor and always remembers you and seems like she truly cares about your well being. However, it is a nightmare getting any sort of appointment as her office staff is rude and their hours are ridiculous. The staff all takes their lunch break at the same time, they hang up on you, and nothing can be done efficiently. On top of that, the staff is clearly stuck in the stone age as any documents you may need to go to a new doctor have to be FAXED over as they "don't have e-mail." I moved back to the area and wanted to go back to my old doctor but with this office staff, it's near impossible.

Best doctor I've ever had. I've never felt rushed. She takes a personal interest in my well being holistically. Effecient staff

Doctor is ok, friendly....but receptionist named Nicole has a very bad attitude, impatient and rude.

Jennifer Atadero covered up an easily recognized medical error, with complex ones, misdiagnoses these, and shipped an innocent patient off to doctors who specialize in the "controversial iatrogenic artifacts." She has no ethics. She has no morals. Find another doctor!!!

How does a doctor go out of the country and not leave a # for a referral physican if someone needs to see a specialist. Totally unprofessional and uncaring towards your patients. You should be ashamed of yourself
