Wonderful doctor takes her time and answers all questions.

Dr Yates is an outstanding Dr, and incredible surgeon. She has great communication skills, and genuine concern for her patients.

I don't think I could find a better Doctor.

From the moment I first met her I was at ease. So kind and caring. Took time to explain about the kidney cancer..drew a picture explaining what the mass was and where and options for surgery. Completely satisfied. Great follow up on my chart and returns calls promptly. Dr. Yates has gone above and beyond to assist with the kidney cancer and just can't say enough about her compassion and kindness.

I won't dignify by calling her doctor the worst experience of my life with any dock that anywhere in the world when you see her run the other way you'll be much healthier to keep the existing condition you have rather than take a chance on her making you worse

First female urologist I have even seen or heard about. after assuming she was my nurse, she politely informed me she was my doctor. After that embarrassing moment she was great. everything that is embarrassing for a middle aged guy to talk about she made very easy. wish she could be my primary care doctor and urologist.

Dr Yates is one of the most compassionate people I have come across, along with her extensive knowledge, I felt that she really cared, she took the time to explain things to me and she always made me feel like I was her most important patient, I highly recommend her !

I was diagnosed with a very large kidney stone which was going to require "serious" surgery that I didn't want. Dr. Yates let me try lithotripsy first and it worked. I needed two procedures but that was small compared to what I would have had. Dr. Yates is caring, easy to talk to and a very good doctor.
