Dr. Jennifer Yu, MD

Dr Yu is a terrible doctor. I am a first time mom. She assumed I have several kids by the way she said “well why don’t you know” “that is not okay”. When asked how to do something she kept repeating the same thing over as if she was a robot. I explained to her the steps she wanted me to take was not working what else am I to do. She still repeated the same thing over as if she wasn’t listening. Not only that my child has several on going concerns that I tried to call her for help and no answer. I left 5 messages for her. It has been a month and no answer. She is the absolute worst doctor ever and her mannerisms is just as bad.

This doctor is a great she takes her time to explain everything to you. And takes the time to listen to you. My daughters felt comfortable being seen by her. And she also personally calls you to shedule a appointment for a follow up and to see how the medicine is working and to make sure my daughter was feeling better.
