Horrible horrible horrible. Rude staff! Accuses you of selling your needs. So unprofessional too. When they not longer want to treat you, they just ignore you and don’t return calls like children. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Amazing Doctor, PA, and especially Staff!

We've been seeing Dr. Lu for over a decade and we are very happy with our care. Occasionally wait time can be longer than it should be, but she spends time with each patient to be sure everything is covered.

Dr.Lu has been my PCP for years. The wait times to see her or Donna get more outrageous. A 55 minute wait is unacceptable and the front desk staff sees you sitting & waiting and don't mention they are behind. At that point if the provider is behind it should have been communicated to me. They should have asked me if I wanted to reschedule. It is a shame because Dr.Lu & Donna are great providers. It also seems they triple book their appointments.

Everytime I go to my office visits, my experience with Dr. Jenny Lu and her staff is a great one! The only negative thing would be, the wait time does vary but that is to be expected like EVERY doctors office. Her office staff is incredible and always makes me feel very welcomed. They do their job with such compassion and it keeps me coming back everytime. I recommend this office to anyone!

The only nice person in this office no longer works there, which was the receptionist, Jen. She was always friendly unlike the nurse. From my first appointment to my last, not once did I have a good experience with the nurse. Even on the phone she was very rude, very short and unprofessional. She always made me feel like I was wasting her time or bothering her. Never smiles or even a simple "hello, how are you ?". The doctor was ok, quick (once she actually got in the room after your 30-40 minute wait) and to the point which is fine with me. I may have stayed as a patient if her nurse wasn't so nasty and rude. I've had quite a few other people say the same thing and read it in other reviews. What a shame.

Dr. Lu is everything you'd want in a great doctor - caring, patient, knowledgeable, and accurate in her diagnosis. I can't ask for anything more. Well except maybe for a shorter wait time, but I certainly understand why everyone else wants to see her too. 8-)

As a breast CA, survivor, she listened to my concerns. Her diagnosis was right on the money. Today I am happy that I am taking the right doses for my high blood pressure. I have recommended her to all my friends and relatives.

5 min late for appointment i have to wait 2 hour for next available new appointment.

Amazing doctor, sweet person and very caring nature! She is in high demand given the wait time in the office but the wait is worth it given the amount of personal attention she gives to you. She truly wants to help you in any way!!
