Super fast and professional, basically no wait.

Dr. Chen was OK, some medication dosage discrepancies. The REAL nightmare was with her medical assistant. Shawanda. I had to pull teeth just to get my perscrption refilled. She said that my Rheumatologist was responsible for my refills!!! She refused to help me in any way untill I reported her to Simed main office. So they left it up to the office manager to take care of it. Of course she made excuses and sided with Shawanda. I wouldn't take my pet there. ??

She cannot understand common English! She cannot put it in writing because she does not know how to speak proper English. No one wants their whole healthcare written down in a completely mixed up mess. Avoid this terrible healthcare!

Dr Chen was both professional and caring as she met me for the first time. Being a new patient , i was amazed at the rapport she quickly established! Her nurse , Shawanda was also helpful and knowledgeable. staff at the front desk were very welcoming.

Dr. Chen pays a lot of attention when I described how I was feeling. She is very intuitive and answers all of my questions.

I love Dr. Chen and this whole office. They are caring and efficient. Highly recommend.

the worst doctor I have ever seen

I was there with my husband and did not even have an appointment of my own. I was sick that day though, and the doctor heard me cough and she took care of my problems as well, which I thought was very nice. There is a wait to get in as a new patient, they need to work on that. The doctor usually sees you around your appointment time, no more than a 10 to 15 min wait usually, which is better than most clinics.

rather rude in that she sorta "jumped" up and left the room while I was telling her what I needed.she spent the first few minutes complaining about how long previous patients took. after rudely leaving the room she came back and stood at the open door and asked me to tell her what I was there for. kinda a hippa violation- no privacy while standing in open door. I am in electric scooter and cant turn my head due to surgical fusion c-spine so I had to answer her while she was behind me and I was speaking to an empty room. was an embarrassing horrible visit.
