I had an appointment with this Dr. over a year ago. I was recently looking at my medical records and saw I was given a vaccine I did not consent to or even knew I got that was given at the same time with another vaccine that was given. I also was not provided the VIS (vaccine information sheet) for either vaccine. There is medical malpractice going on.

She is an excellent doctor, I have complete faith in her..., she is very conscientious and is very concerned for her patients. She looks into everything and makes sure there is an answer to each problem she finds.

I saw this doctor for the first time last week, and left there with none of my questions or concerns answered. I talked with her about my concerns, and she had no answers or seemed to care. I would not recommend anyone to this office. I have worked in hospitals and in the medical field for years, and was greatly disappointed with her ability to even take care of me for the simplest of things. At this point in time, I have no idea if a referral for a mammogram has been submitted. Who knows whats going on, because I don't.
