Dr. Jessica Heather Mckee, DO

She has been my pcp for several years and is really great

Not pleased with visits. Can be rude and does not listen to patients well. Would not recommend. No follow ups. Have been going for about 4 years. Was very sick and was told to go to urgent care by Vicki, her nurse. Call a year later and was having problems and extreme pain in left chest and was told by receptionist that Dr McKee could not see me until 2 days later.

Dr McKee and her staff have been nothing but courteous to me. There was even one time when I showed up at 8am with no appointment bc I was SO sick with vertigo, and I was sitting in the hall waiting for the doors to be unlocked when Dr. McKee came in and saw me. She helped me up off the floor and got me into a room, seeing me immediately. I was even billed for the copay!! (that does not happen much anywhere these days) My only issue with her office is there is no on call dr, so it's either the ER or Urgent Care after hours.

receptionist was rude. after 2 years of seeing the doctor, each visit was like the first. Dr. McKee never remembered the history and it was frustrating to repeat everything each visit. She clearly had no clue of our previous visits. Oh well, I moved on to a better doctor and I'm very satisfied.

Really great doctor!
