I enjoy going to them. I am glad for the night time clinics. Because if their day is full you can walk-in. It is also nice to have somewhere to go on weekends. I really like all the dr's.

If you don't want to have a long wait, choose one of the other providers! It's great if you are the one in the room with Dr. Gould, but not if you are the one sitting in the waiting room! Seems to have a big turnover within the staff. Policies are never consistent and the receptionists seem like you are bothering them! But I don't put all the blame on the staff, it stems from poor management!!

Very knowledgable , kind and caring. Addresses parents questions and concerns thoroughly. He is a gentle pediatrician and I trust him. Wish we could see him every time we make an appointment.

If your child is healthy, the staff will set-up an appointment for regular check-ups and vaccinations. If your child is not well, you will fair better to not call them, the staff will notify you that your child may only be seen after 5pm on a FIFO basis. If you have a sick child, go to Instacare, they are more caring and provide great service.
