Dr. Joel M Solomon, MD

Very unresponsive, both him and his staff. My husband has had bronchitis and went to an emergency clinic. He tested negative for covid and was told to follow up with his PCP. Dr. Solomon refused to see him. His staff advised us to see the emergency clinic again, even though he needed a pulmonary test that is performed by the PCP. In the meantime my husband's condition deteriorated. We called multiple times and were told he would return our calls. We waited for days and we didn't hear back from him. I am not writing this lightly, given that I come from a family of physicians. We realized that in case of an emergency we really cannot count on Dr. Solomon. We are now switching to another PCP.

Excellent staff that responds to what ever you need, in a matter of seconds after you arrive.

Joel Solomon's practice at Winchester Family Physicians has been dangerously incompetent. Staff loses records faxed or sent to them multiple times and electronic records are rife with errors which they make as arduous as possible to correct if at all, both missing critical health information and false medical conditions entered. Joel does a poor job in coordinating care from specialists, is nearly impossible to see in person, is careless in clinical interviewing, prescribing and interpreting tests.

Dr. Solomon has been both my son's doctor and my own doctor for the last 16 years and during that time he has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to get to the bottom of things. He has a wonderful bedside mannero and his charm and his smile can always put your mind at ease. I think what I like best is that he remembers everything about a person...even if you haven't seen him in a long while he always brings up what was last going on when you where last there....very personable. A++++DOCTOR.

I recommended Dr. Solomon to my son. I have the best physician in medicine!
