Dr. Johanna Hoepken Agustin, MD

I had never seen Dr. Agustin. She preformed my emergency C-section. She was so kind to me and was very reassuring that both my son and I would be ok.

She is absolutely the most caring provider and would HIGHLY recommend her. She has a VERY compassionate heart and wants the best for her patients. After our miscarriage, she knew my hearts desire to carry a baby and she went above and beyond once we did get pregnant. She is very professional, caring and has a great bed side manner!

Dr. Agustin is straightforward, professional, knowledgeable, and most of all, passionate about her work in heath care. I’ve never had a doctor that discussed with me so much about all of my options and her recommendations to determine the best course of action for my well being. She listened well and answered all of my questions and concerns. As a patient, I feel so comfortable with Dr. Agustin as my provider.

I was having issues and I was recommended Dr Agustin by my doctor when I first met her she sat down and talked what we were going to do and seemed like she did care.

I'm expecting my 2nd baby. She delivered our first and was great. Now with our 2nd, she has changed. She is detached, and doesn't seem to care. She's not engaged in our patient care. I heard she is going through personal issues, and there was an "incident" recently and she was off work for awhile which was kept secret - they cancelled my appointment and I couldn't be seen for awhile. I am transferring, and I hope she gets better. Also, the staff and follow up at this clinic has always been bad - they need to fire the entire staff and start over. Never return phone calls, no lab follow up, no help with billing - it's basically do it yourself.

Dr. Augustine is an excellent doctor! She delivered my son. I always felt well cared for in her office. I loved her nurse as well. I would highly recommend her. She is the best OB in town! I have a healthy baby boy because of her and I'm very grateful for her expertise.

From all the great review I hear from this doctor I thought she would be amazing, sad to say that I did not have such great experiences with this doctor. She was an hour late for my surgery, she never returned my calls, their office hours SUCKS-it seems as if they are never open, after my surgery I was very concerned because I could not stop bleeding so I called early in the morning and NEVER received a call back, I broke down crying because I didn't know what was going on with my body, and on top of that she never called to follow up on anything, not even my lab results. In my opinion this doctor does not care about her patients.

We started seeing Dr Agustin after we found out we were pregnant with our third child (surprise!). We immediately loved her and her staff. When we were five months pregnant we lost the baby and Dr Agustin was amazing. She was caring and compassionate and helped us through the medical as well as many of the emotional parts of what needed to happen next. She worked with us for months afterwards as we figured out why we had lost the baby. She referred us to specialists as needed and her nurse followed up with us often. We are now pregnant again and wouldn't dream of seeing anyone else. I have not one single complaint about Dr Agustin or any member of her staff. In fact, I recommend her to everyone I get the chance to!!

Dr. Agustin is fabulous, it's just a shame she's located at such an unprofessional clinic. The professionalism and courtesy of the nurses on call and office staff is VERY poor.
