Dr. John Christie Nicholson, MD

He was my doctor many many years ago and I loved him as a doc! But I couldn't afford insurance for many years and recently when I got it back I made an appointment. The nurse told me that if I needed to reschedule to just give them a 24 hour notice ... No problem ! BUT I was scheduled to cover a coworker that next week on my appointment date so I called a rescheduled my appointment(week notice) ... No problem , rescheduled , the lady told me the same thing as the last time and was very very nice . The morning before my appointment my son had a seizure and we were rushed to Winston , I called to reschedule and the lady was very underranding and told me to call them to reschedule when we get out of the hospital and it was no problems! When I called back I was informed Dr.Nicholson denied and dropped me and said I had to many cancelations (which was done within the guidelines and only 2 times) when I stated that , I was informed he was going off my medical history that dated back to over… 12 years ago (that's longer than a credit history ) ! I think that's obsured and I was very hurt over it ! It's not like I was canceling at the last minute or no showing ! Why have rules and guidelines if your going to do what you want to your patients when you feel like it ! I will be happy to take my money elsewhere ! What a joke!
