Dr. Mills is great, he is a great Doctor

I have seen Dr. Mills for years now. I even followed him from his previous location to the west end. He is attentive, accurate with his diagnoses, and always makes me feel special. I highly recommend him. Additionally, whenever I call the office, the office staff are kind and caring and efficient 99% of the time. Thanks to all for taking such good care of me over the years!!!

Each time I visit Dr. Mills he always diagnosis my problem properly, not a lot of return trips.

My husband and I both see Dr. Mills as our PCP. We really like his bedside manner and how he talks to us about everything. our only problem is the wait time. We know even a regular appointment we will wait over an hour to see him before going to the room then sometimes another 15 minutes or so after we get to the room. He is insanely busy. I do not care for their PA's at all at the office so I refuse to see them

Dr. Mills is the best Dr. I have ever used. He is kind, compassionate and makes me feel like I am his only patient. I would follow him wherever he went should he decide to leave this practice. That's the problem - the office staff. No one wants to sit in a waiting room listening to staff talking about other patients. No one wants to leave message after message to have a simple request complied with. There is definitely a disconnect between Dr. Mills and the office staff. Not his nurse(s) who are efficient and caring, the office staff in general. I often wonder as I am sitting on hold and I'm number 11 in line if I'm ever going to get through. He and his patients deserve better support.

Dr. Mills takes the time to listen to his patients and truly cares about their well being.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mills for about twenty years. Dr. Mills has always been caring , and patient with me. I have a lot of health issues, and his knowledge is wide spread about medical problems. I drive about fifty minutes to see Dr. Mills. I know that's a long way, but he's such a good doctor it's worth it.

Great doctor, but I spent 2 hrs there for a physical. Over an hr waiting, 30 mins taking test, an 10 mins with Dr. Mills. This was after them rescheduling on me 3x.

You can expect to get great care from Dr. John Mills. He's personable, listens closely, and has insightful diagnostic skill. We've had an excellent relationship with him for at least 10 years now, and followed him to his current practice from his previous practice in Chesterfield. Even tho it's a 45 min. drive now to reach his office (was about a 5 min. drive for us to old practice), we know we'll get much better care when seeing Dr. Mills. I would sincerely recommend his care to anyone seeking a caring, professional doctor who typically spends a generous amount of time with his patients.

Dr. Mills is by far the most professional, patient, intuitive and caring physician I have every had. He takes the time to listen to me and does an excellent job of reinterpreting what I have told him. Waiting time may be a little longer, but that is no problem for me since I know that he will allow me the same excellent care that he gave to the previous patient. I see Dr. Mills for all of my needs and have never been concerned or embarrassed to talk with him about anything. He helped me through my 'change' with such finess and knowledge it was as if he had gone through it himself! His diagnosis has always been correct, and if perchance I needed a specialist, he recommended someone with whom he knew I would be comfortable and would show me the same great professional service that he himself does. Dr. Mills has always made time to see me, even when I was depressed about my mother's passing. I admire and respect John Mills and would not consider seeing anyone else for my long and short… care needs. Also,Dawn, his assistant always gets back with me the same day that I call. She is knowledgeable, pleasant and a joy with to interact.
