Dr Gayton has helped me with a number of issues and has become my favorite doctor. Great bedside manner and very knowledgeable.

Dr Gayton is one of the best hand specialists on the Grand Strand. I’ve been with him for over two years and he’s very knowledgeable in his field. Without him and the Grand Strand Orthopaedics team I would probably have lost the use of my hand. Ortho SC is the number one Orthopaedics on the Grand Strand. Highly recommend him!

Dr. Gayton is a wonderful surgeon and physician. He takes time with you on your appointments to make sure you understand what’s going on. He is very kind and gentleman. His staff is excellent along with the girls upfront. I’ve never had an issue at any time. He’s on my speed dial.

I have had a total of 4 surgeries on my hand. Dr Gayton did all 4. I have had many office visits and he is very through in his explorations.of what the issue is and the different treatments that can be done. He takes his time with his patients and I never felt rushed when I met with him. His entire Nursing and support staff at Ortho SC are phenomenal. Very friendly and caring when dealing with their patients. Ortho SC PT is also a great place if you need PT. Madeline Fetzko is wonderful. She explains what PT needs to be done and makes sure you have to correct tools to do your PT on site and at home, and how to do the necessary exercises.

Dr.Gayton is wonderful. I have been hurting in my wrist, elbow and shoulder, and everyone else I saw was not able to help with this particular situation. He came in talked to me and listened to me, and offered me injection in my wrist He told me that the medicine would travel up at least to the elbow, I was spectacle, but it did and in a very short amount of time3
