Dr. John Edward Greenlee, MD

I saw this doctor several years ago, he dismissed my symptoms (and hearing loss) as part of a conversion disorder. I desperately wanted to get better so I saw Psychiatrists, an LCSW and 2 Psychologists. Except for his psychologist, they all disagreed. Because 1/5 still thought it was CD I continued therapy but kept searching for an answer. I found out through a Neuro Ophthalmologist Dr. Judith Warner that I have a neuro genetic disease. All my symptoms made sense and she was able to point me towards a medical team that has found a treatment program for me that has improved my quality of life greatly. My ataxia and syncope is now under control, my migraines are down 80% and even though I’m still usually in some sort of pain I have a life worth living. I graduated college last year and now can work my full time dream job, ironically as a social worker. When I was seeing Dr. Greenlee I had trouble just walking to the bathroom. I felt the need to come back and write a review because I’ve… found out he is still working. He caused significant trauma and I have learned from clients who are his patients and students who have shadowed him that he is still gaslighting patients and letting his bias cloud his judgment. It’s time his archaic methods of practicing medicine are put to rest and patients stop being referred to him.

Recently, for the past 2 months, I have met with 7 doctors, which specializes in different fields. I've been having a lot of healh issues; from bruised tail bone, seizures, ulcers, anxiety, depression among other issues. Had test done after tests. Everytime I left the doctors office, I felt for aggitated, angry my anxiety didn't subside, if anything it escalated. And I never received answers from these doctors. Fortunatly, My dad got me in to see Dr. Greenlee...in extremely short notice, might I add. He spent a good 2 1/2 hours with me. I left feeling better than I have in 6 months, that's without pumping me full of medicine. Just his extreme knowledge, knowing how the mind works, and answering every question I had confidently. Gave me hope and took my anxiety down to a managable level. And above all else he gave me hope. He is an amazing MD and would reccommend him to anyone. He is caring, understanding and actually listens to everything I had to say and helped me with all my… concerns. I have never had such a great experience working with
