Dr. Golfinos and his operating partner Dr. John Roland are the most brilliant, talented, and exquisite surgeons. They operated on my meningioma and did a wonderful job, removing the entire tumor and leaving my hearing, facial, and balance nerves intact. I am forever grateful to them and thrilled over my surgical results. These two men are the best of humanity.

instead of being concerned with the patient who is now suffering with a hearing loss that significantly declined during the past year, the girl who makes the appointment was concerned that we cancelled an appointment with a colleaque my husband saw over ONE YEAR ago, and did not feel was giving him relief. Also, they were affiliated with a NY audiology that every single time my husband went, he saw a different audiologist after waiting months for each appointment! - no wonder the adjustments were not helping, everyone had a different hand, so now she will not allow an appointment. how good is that? Is that being compassionate. It was not even this doctor we dealt with, and you get black listed for a cancelled appointment (I only know of one)

Dr. John Roland is a wonderful surgeon and great human being: he and his partner, Dr. John Golfinos, are the best team for meningiomas and acoustic neuromas: Dr Roland is not only brilliant, patient, informative, kind, and honest, he's also accessible. How many world top surgeons can offer that medley of attributes? Lucky to have found such a great surgical team.

Dr Roland is a genius in his field -- extremely talented surgeon, dedicated researcher, measured pragmatist, and nice man. I was lucky to find him and his partner, Dr. Golfinos.

It's impossible to work with his office staff, they ignore you. Period. We had questions about billing and they told us that they would investigate, but instead send to collections without even ever trying to talk to us.

Dr. Ronald is amazing. Very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I wish all doctors were like dr. Ronald.
