I was a patient of Dr Treer from 2004 thru Feb 2014. We moved out of the state in Mar 2014. I was always impressed with his thoroughness at each check-up. His exam was always complete and followed a pattern from head to toe each time. I have not had a doctor that I felt as comfortable with since leaving. -jwr
I like Dr. Treer a lot and his assistant Jan is amazing! But don't get your blood drawn by the man in their lab. He hurt me so bad today taking my blood I cried. It is now 6:30 pm, the blood was drawn at 11:00 this morning and my arm is still burning. I've given over 2 gallons of blood in my long life and had much blood drawn. It's usually a breeze for me. It probably sounds crazy, but the man seemed to be in a very bad mood before he took my blood and I honestly think he hurt me intentionally. Another lady came out of his lab while I was checking out and I asked her how it was, she said he hurt her too. That man will never touch me again, but I will return to Dr Treer. The other comments about too many referrals to other doctors are true, but Dr Treer seems very caring.
The doctor was fine when you can get an appointment, but getting an appointment or trying to get medicine refills is extremely difficult. The staff has an automated voicemail system that they are very slow in responding to and they get irritated if you call more than twice over a week period. Either he needs more help or better help because they are not easy to deal with.
