I AM A BLACK WOMAN THAT WAS TREATED EXCELLENT BY THE WHOLE STAFF. DRS CARING AND PROFESSIONAL.

I have 1 star because there is no lower than that. I and my husband visted for regular check up, we had scheduled a appointment at 3 pm but have to wait till 4.30pm . The service is very low. Inside the clinic it is very dirty. We did not even feel comfortable to stay on waiting area. It is dirty. Insects were flying inside the main dr room while we were waiting. Can't believe there is clinic in irving with such a disgusting service.

I was not even seen by the Dr. The Nurse Practitioner said I had a sinus infection and would prescribe me an antibiotic and they never sent a prescription in. I have called At least 10 times I can't get thru to anyone at all. I had blood work done. I wonder if they will call me for the lab results! The place was awful.

Hi, Usually am not a fan of giving reviews online. But am so frustrated and irritated with doctor’s approach in treating me and my wife. I strongly urge not to visit this doctor even you are dying in next minute. Dr. Ketha is very unprofessional & wanted to treat in multiple appointments (just to make more money) for same issue. I will never go to her in my life again. PLEASE… PLEASE... PLEASE… DON’T GO. 1. Front desk people are not professional enough what they do. 2. Customer care guys give always either wrong appointments or doctor is not available when we visit the clinic. They make the appointments and we cancel them, later we don’t visit, and they charge 25$ for no show penalty. After talking to them they voided the amount. 3. Waiting times are horrible, hurry in treating and moreover half-finished treatments. 4. They send automated prescriptions to CVS and CVS delivers to my home address even though I didn’t do order. CVS doesn’t take mail order returns and… am responsible for those payments because of their mistakes. 5. Billing department always claim with wrong codes and it’s a big pain to deal with insurance company and doctor to correct those. They never corrected and am responsible for the payments. 6. They never follow up with the requests we submitted. 7. Always please check with your insurance if the coverages are In-Network and they rush for additional treatments, flu shots & lab works. If its out of network its our responsibility to pay from our pocket. 8. They say the doctor appointment is with Dr. Ketha and when we go to clinic they direct to Nurse practitioner. I gave a very honest feedback and its your risk to take further actions.

Had a real bad experience with Sumana's Clinic located in 2925 Skyway Cir N, Irving, TX 75038. I do not have any issues with the Doctor but its the hospital staffs which made me write this review. i did my Preventive check up there. and was told that i will get the lab results via mail. Its been almost 3 weeks and no results yet. When ever I call they put me on Hold and make me wait like 10 -15 mins and say the Nurse is busy and will get a call back. But I never gets a call back. I was supposed to go in for a second visit and they told me that they will be reminding me of the same but never did and I missed my appointment. My advice, no issues with the doc but if you are ready to miss your appointments and be on the phone waiting to talk to some one other than the reception person(who just redirects the call) then please go ahead. For the one's which I given 1 Start, if I would have given an option to give 0 stars, I would gladly do it.

Terrible doctor and staff.

Listens to patient.Compassionate. Flexible in timings. Also takes care of the patient if goes to hospital.
