Dr. John Tsongalis, MD

Forgot to schedule blood test and when I inquired at checkout they said he was now with another patient and they would call. No call. He refused to test for an STD even though I had legitimate reason for test. I had a back issue that needed a pain med and he told me to take meds that would have made a stomach problem worse. I was a fairly new patient and I don't think he even glanced at my med records. I think he does better with patients that don't ask questions.

He is a good doctor and I like him.

I have been seeing this Doctor for the last 3 years. I use the word "Doctor" gingerly as he is the worst medical provider I have ever experienced. Do not be fooled by is calm collected manner; underneath his exterior lies the mind of a man who is without a doubt arrogant, self-absorbed individual. He misdiagnosed me on 4 different occasions throughout my time there; conditions that could have manifested into something much worse had I of not went to a more competent provider. they say half of the doctors graduate at the bottom of their class, he is absolutely one of them. A "doctor" like this should not be practicing medicine. If it is not in the realm of Allopathic medicine, he will ignore you and belittle your thoughts. He won't fill prescriptions in time, your concerns will not be heard, and he is a danger to all of his patients, AVOID!

John Tsongalis is smug and arrogant and does not listen. He is extremely dismissive. I had serious symptoms and he sent me home, refusing to do appropriate tests. Luckily, I was able to be diagnosed elsewhere.

I've been going to Dr. Tsongalis for several years and he's always provided excellent care. He listens carefully and is empathetic and invested in his patients. I have recommended him to friends in need of a physician and would happily do so again.

Visited him on an emergency basis - excellent diagnosis. Great eye and hands for tick removal. Easy manner - nice follow up. Great experience.
