He listens and meets you where you are at. Very knowledgeable.

Dr. Tumeh was very thorough with my evaluation and gave me a specific treatment plan for my diagnosis and my needs. He referred me to a therapist he has on a staff and gave me many alternative options outside of the standard meds with the crazy side effects. I would highly recommend him.

I saw Dr. Tumeh for my treatment resistant depression and my anxiety. He took the time to do a very thorough evaluation with me. He wasn't like other psychiatrists in the past that threw a cocktail of meds at me. Instead, he gave me options like TMS and Ketamine that actually work to put my symptoms in remission. Not only did he help my symptoms but he offers Mindfulness meditation with an instructor named Avril who is amazing. I would highly recommend. Very friendly and personable. Wants to help!

I brought my child to this doctor for a few appointments before leaving due to his awful bedside manner. Dr. Tumeh has a terrible bedside manner. He comes off insensitive to his patient's feelings. For example, my child began shaking and crying during the appointment, and he completely ignored it and continued drilling with questions despite the panic attack that was happening due to her anxiety disorder that he was supposed to be treating and helping with. He made snide comments when we could only go for a shorter session, and seemed like he only wanted money. He did not seem to care about my child, but simply checking another person off his list for the day. For example, when severe medicine side effects occurred, we emailed him and called his office to try to get help, but got reprimanded for calling instead of using the patient portal. I would NOT recommend this doctor as he is the worst healthcare professional that we have ever visited.

Not for me found him to be more interested in talk therapy , which is billed by time, than addressing my mental illness condition, which has been diagnosed by doctors consistently over 30 years

Horrible experience! We went there to try and receive help with my wifes' severe anxiety problems. It is all about money with them. Dr Tumeh made her see another Dr in their office in order to keep getting her meds that were prescribed to her for panic attacks. Monthly visits with Dr Tumeh and weekly with Dr Avril added up to $825 a month. The two Drs didn't communicate well. Add all this together with my wife in college full time, 3 businesses, and a 5 year old. It was way too much for someone to handle, especially someone with anxiety problems. The first time that there was a mix up with an appointment time, we were charged $250 for a no show. I don't think this place helped my wifes anxiety problems at all, it made them far worse.

In order to see him, you have to use his very extensive web portal - which is a pain to use. One day, I forgot my log in and password so I emailed him to get an updated one in order to could schedule my next appointment. He never responded and I have read other reviews about his lack of responsiveness. I do not recommend him as he has a cold bedside manner and there are definitely better physiatrists with more experience and simpler systems in the Atlanta area.

Dr. Tumeh is a really great psychiatrist, highly recommend to anyone in need of a psychiatrist or neurologist.
