Dr Ventrudo helps me with my calf and drop foot syndrome he injected the tight knot in my calf that never goes away and I got some relief . Also helps me with my knee pain .

Doctor pretends he cares but he doesn't really care he doesn't properly take care of you when giving an epidural it's incorrect another physician had indicated that he was giving me the injections in the wrong area he's only about money and if he's not making money off of you he doesn't want to see you as for the staff they like to play games this office plays games and don't care double check and make sure that your insurance company is being billed correctly and definitely get a second opinion and make sure he's injecting you in the correct spot I've gotten multiple epidurals where I wasn't getting relief do to him injecting the incorrect spot when you try to talk to him about it he has a nasty attitude and nasty ways

After four spine surgeries and working with a different Pain Management Group, for many years, I was directed to Dr Ventrudo by my spine surgeon. After just a few visits I find this physician to be kind, understanding and he acknowledges the pain I'm trying to cope with. Not only is pain medication necessary, it's important to have a physician who is understanding and compassionate with what a patient is going through. I for one need a physician who is a good listener as I have a lot to say. It's a comfort knowing I have a pain management Physician who tries to understand the pain I'm trying to cope with. I saw him in his manhattan location, the staff is absolutely lazy and if you ask them to do anything they are completely rude and tell the dr you are annoying him. Dr V. does do unethical things as a DR. I can name a number of corrupt things he does but I won't. Also if he is having a bad day he will take it out on his patients. GO elsewhere if you are looking for a LEGIT DR to treat your pain.

Dr. Ventrudo cares about his patients. He tried a variety of different excersizes to help you be pain free. He is a great guy and an amazing Doctor.

Dr Ventrudo is extremely rude if he is having a bad day he takes it out on his patients. He does not want to to listen to their issues all he cares about is getting them in and out of the office, If you have a disagreement with him he is always right and always thinks the worst of you, his front staff is lazy and does not want to be bothered, if they have to do anything extra for you they tell the Dr. you are annoying them etc. The whole practice is a nightmare and I think he is extremely unethical with a poor bed side manor, I would never ever recommend anyone to this dr.

Yeah I had a similar experience with the rude staff since the split. The new receptionist was rude she refused to verify my script written weeks before (I was out of state visiting a sick family member) She never informed me of the split she was unhelpful and unkind. Just called today and found out about the separation, so I Googled him and found this V medical location. The NEW staff at the Franklin Square location sucks. This year was my first with him, I haven't had any problems. His behavior always seems to be profession to me.

Strange thing happened. I receive a voice mail 2 weeks ago that my Friday appointment is being canceled. I called the phone # left in the message to reschedule. I never got a call back. I left 2 more messages, no response. I dialed the Franklin Square office number and was given an appointment for today. I assumed that I would be seeing Dr. Ventrudo. I was told that Dr. Ventrudo no longer works there nor in the other office. The staff would not share any details. I told the Physicians Assistant that they should have told me and others that he would not be in the office when the appointment was rescheduled. It was unprofessional, and it felt sneaky. The Physicians Assistant gave me the impression that Dr. Ventrudo may have been doing something unethical. I say this because she made a comment that she, "has a licence to protect" and she asked me for copies of my MRI's. I know for certain Dr. Ventrudo received copies of my results. So, what to do? What is really going on? Is Dr. Ventrudo… ok? Dr, Ventrudo, if you read this I hope all is well with you and your family. If you are practicing elsewhere please let your patients know. Facebook?

Dr. J. Ventrudo is no longer with V Medical in Franklin Square, he has closed that location & is still practicing in his other various locations, however, that office will not tell anyone this info., they come across like he is some sort of disapearing act. I had to google him to find him. His other various locations are 44th St. Ny, Forrest Hills, Ny to name a few. He is a good doctor & i will continue on with him at one of his other locations.
